WHEREAS
We, EML MANUFACTURING, LLC., who are official manufacturers of Electric super
heater and Filter Coalescer having factories at 6202 Killough St, Houston, Texas 77086
U.S.A., do hereby authorize Chan Hung Trading Technical Services JSC having its registered
address at 15 Le Quang Dinh St, 9 Ward, Vung Tau, Vietnam (hereinafter called the “Bidder”)
who will take part in the bid package: Provision of Fuel Gas System (No VT-04-XNK-WTCP)
under the Project: “Extension Of Gas Compression Capacity at Block 09-” the purpose of
which is to provide the following goods, manufactured by us:
 Electric super heater
 Filter Coalescer
and to subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract.
We hereby extend our full guarantee, warranty and full support for maintenance service in
accordance with requirement of the Bidding documents, with respect to the goods offered by the
above firm in reply to this Invitation for Bids.
