Code of Conduct for students for final ETP evaluation

The students are required to

1) Report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of evaluation.

2) Carry their laptops along with VGA/ HDMI cable for the presentation.

3) Carry one hard copy of the final report signed by the internal supervisor and stamped by
AO.

4) Be well dressed in formal attire.

5) Use English as communication medium for delivering the presentation and answering the
queries/ questions raised by the panel members. Use of regional language should be avoided.

7) Not to carry any electronic gadgets like mobile phones, iPods etc. at the time of evaluation.

8) Maintain proper decorum at the venue and not to disturb the presentation delivered by
other student by talking to each other, roaming around the venue etc. They should wait for
their turn and not to indulge any type of activity which may disturb the smooth conduct of
evaluation.

9) Not to carry any eatables at the venue except for water bottles.

10) Contact the respective SOC/ DSOC in the control room in case of any issue.
