Herr Love

At the age of three,

I saw wizards flying around

On broomsticks gold, stray and long

Gay and strong,

Flashed these wizards by,

And then I saw her, that lady raptor,

The one that stunned me with her laughter,

The one that taught me what it was like

To dream, to sleep, and to lose sleep, thinking about her;

Sometime in the future someone would tell me,

That Her name was Herr Love

Bushy hair, funny eyes,

But a cute face and an innocent smile,

The light from her eyes did shine a mile

Into my heart, my childish heart

For I experienced then and there

The loving bite

For the very first time

Of Herr Love
