NOTIFICATION for
Pre-Ph.D Examinations - 2019
(For 2018 admitted candidates)

All the candidates who have registered for Ph.D Programme with JNTUK in 2018
are hereby informed that Pre-Ph.D regular examinations will be held in the month of
September/October - 2019. The Pre-PhD examimation will be conducted for
(i) Paper-I (Research Methodology)
(ii) Paper-II (Advanced Subject Paper/Recent Advances in the Subject of concerned branch)
(iii) Paper-III (Research Area of concerned branch)
The candidates may register through online application from 02-08-2019 at
www.jntukexams.net and pay the examination fee of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand
only) at a rate of Rs. 1000/- per subject for all three subjects as per the time schedule given
below.
The candidates are informed to submit the following to the Director of Evaluation,
University Examination Center, JNTU Kakinada, Kakinada through the Director, R & D,
JNTU Kakinada, Kakinada:
1. Printed copy of filled in online application with required fee.
2. Admission letter and ID card issued by Director R & D.
3. Syllabus copies of registered subjects duly signed by supervisor & co-supervisor.
1. Without late fee 19-08-2019
2. With late fee of Rs. 500/- (Per Subject) 26-08-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 1000/- (Per Subject) 02-09-2019

Note:
i. Registrations after the due date will not be entertained.
ii. There is no recounting/revaluation/revaluation by challenge for Pre-PhD
examinations.
iii. The examination fee, once paid, will not be refunded.
