Be Reminded of His Overwhelming Love

I am overwhelmed of reading that I forgot how to write a love letter for You.

I am overwhelmed of fighting on my own that I forgot you’re fighting for me, too.

I am overwhelmed of the earthly works knowing that it’s not my home.

I am overwhelmed wandering out of your presence but you still did not disown.

Tonight, I long to write what my heart wants to tell to You.

I am amazed that you’ve spoken to me first before I do.

You’re not surprised of the words that my heart speaks of; you knew it before I come.

Feeling loved that you rush towards me and covered me between your arms.

I don’t deserve this love but You eagerly embrace me and gave me warmth.

I am overwhelmed of sorrow that I forgot to rejoice in You.

I am overwhelmed of bitterness that I forgot the mercy every day that is new.

I am overwhelmed of fear that I forgot to step and move forward.

I am overwhelmed of the things that are not from you, forgive me for being coward.

Tonight, I long to be with You. My desire is to see you face to face.

So here I am seeking for more of you in this place.

Whatever I fill my heart won’t satisfy me; it is only you that nothing can replace.

Truly I say against the world that You alone deserve our praise!
