from the respective categories against the vacancies caused due to
any of the following reasons:
(i) Non-joining duty of selected candidates.

reason. The reserve list is valid till the drawl of the next selection list
for this post by the Commission.

Note: The selection is purely provisional subject to the outcome / final

orders to be passed by Hon’ble High Court of judicature at Madras in
W.M.P.No.14663 / 2018 in W.P.No.12517 / 2018 and other W.Ps if any
relating to this recruitment, pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court,
Madras / Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court.
