in the organization. We live in everyday changing world and one must change himself with that
change. We can take the example of NOKIA. Nokia was a market leader at one time but they
don’t want to change due to which they are kicked out from market.
5. Operational efficiencies. Efficiencies means drive the cost down and make better use of your
existing resources. The culture in the organization must support your operations due to which
operational efficiencies are possible.
