In consonance with MEC Order No. 10 s, 1979, “Implementing Rules and Regulations for the System ‘of Career Progression for Public School Teachers” an annual ranking for vacancies to Master Teacher and II positions is hereby declared. 2. School Heads are advised to inform ALL QUALIFIED PERMANENT TEACHERS to apply to ‘Master Teachers | and II positions and to be ready with their documents and submit applications for ranking purposes. Qualified teachers who do not wish to join the ranking shall submit a waiver. 3. Attached is the basic qualification for Master Teacher I and II positions. Aside from the attached basic qualifications, an applicant should meet the following: ‘a. Should have at least a Very Satisfactory Performance Rating for the last three (3) rating periods prior to his/her application >.
