Good day!

The Supreme Student Government as the leading council that provides quality activities and worthwhile
actions is having a need of office to make its plan into reality, it will be a big help in achieving the goals of SSG
for the school and students. With this, may we request your good office to allow us to use the two (2) cubicles
inside the computer laboratory at Raul Roco Building as a temporary office of SSG and Balaog. We would also
like to request one (1) desktop computer connected to the A.S.S.E.T. for each of the two organization.

The office will only be used during the vacancy of the SSG and Balaog officers and other important matters to
do their responsibilities as the designated officers of the two organizations. We thank you for your active
support and trust given to the two organization, in gratitude let us hope to provide positive impact regards in
