Competitive market Structure.

 Market Share: 92.7% were unorganized small players and 7.3 % were large organized
players.
 Turnover of customers: The growth in National income has led to growth in Urbanization
hence need and demand of Household Relocation has increased.
o the growth in E-commerce has also lead to increase in demand.
 Extent of Product Differentiation: Large organized players like Ampl altered demand curve of
the product in their advantage by making demand curve more inelastic and shifting upwards.
o AMPL used, Trucking cubes, LED box, Fabric sheets, Trendy bags etc for product
differentiation.
o They also increased truck driver incentives.
 Tax Reforms: The introduction of GST favored the large organized players to maintain in the
monopoly
