Executive Summary:

Cook 24/7 ‘s mission will be to provide a quality food &


drinks in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere at a
reasonably low price.
Our restaurant will provide its best services and variety of
foods in our outlet and home delivery over the telephone
and mobile app based database.
Our outlet is themed with Eastern and Western culture which
will attract the customers to visit our place and dine
according to their choice.
Our start-up outlets will be in three places across twin cities:
✓ Commercial Market, Rawalpindi
✓ G-11 Markaz, Islamabad
✓ I-10 Markaz, Islamabad
Our Business:
Our business is to provide quality fast food services in the twin cities
(Rawalpindi & Islamabad) keeping all the trends available in market
and will try to bring something better and new in the market.

Product and Services:


Our products will cover dinner and all fast food items available in
market with better quality at reasonably low cost.
Our product includes:
Sheekh kabab
Peshawari Chapali Kabab
Chicken wings
Chicken tikka
Masala fish
Mix grill sizzlers
Pizza (all varieties)
Club Sandwiches
Broast
Zingerburger
Burger (chicken, fish and beef)
French Fries
Drinks:

Sweet & Salted Lassi

Italian & Russian Salad

Market and Competitor:

Targeted Market:
Our targeted market is everyone of any age and any gender who
enjoys the fast food and dream to dine outside the home.
Competitors:
Our main competitors are
MacDonald, Tehzeeb Bakers, Pizza Hut and Dominos.

Marketing and Sales:


We have planned to adopt best marketing strategies. The analysis
showed that within three miles radius 98% are families and hotels.
We will follow penetrative strategies into the market to chase
market leadership. Our outlet will provide coupons to those
customers who will dine with friends or family.
We also provide membership card on subscription charges of 500 Rs
for availing 10% discount on overall bill.
Management and Organisation:

Our management is basically divided into three classes:


Operation
our each outlet has 5 cook and 10 waiters and 15 home-delivery
agents available at customer services
Finance
Our finance team manages all the financial issues of outlets.
Marketing
Our marketing tram is busy in customer creation through pamphlet
and billboards.

Financial Information:
Our basic financial source is National Bank of Pakistan’s Apna
Karobar Scheme with relatively very low interest markup. And our
sponsors are also taking interest .
Pepsi is also our financial partner. Habib Bank LTD is also our
sponsor as we are installing its ATM in our outlets and we are
providing customer 10% discount on using HBL debit card.
Risk Analysis / Assessment:

It is quite surprising fact that overall 60% of new start-ups businesses


shutdown in 3 years due to lack of financial and marketing planning.
We also have planned to overcome these risk thorough proper
planning and strategies. We have signed contract with all the
sponsors for at least 5 years to overcome financial risk and secondly,
we have planned to spend 30% of our startup cost on marketing in
which our marketing team will put their best to market our product
by giving special days promotions, discounts to customer by which
we can avoid any risk arises in future.
