Conditions of the World Nomads Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is not a Health Insurance! Please carefully read this policy
wording to understand your rights and obligations, as well as the limits
applied to the coverages.
This document contains the main characteristics, coverages and ex-
clusions of your insurance. The full terms and conditions of coverage
are contained within the Zurich Travel Insurance General Conditions,
which is available at www.worldnomads.com.br and provided to the
Insured at the time of purchase. It is advisable to read the same so
that all coverages, rights and obligations of the parties are known.

1.0 Definitions
For the effect of these insurance provisions, the following definitions are agreed:
1.1. Personal Accident: An event occurred at a characterized date, exclusively and directly
external, sudden, involuntary, violent and causing physical lesion that, on its own and
independently of all and any other cause, has as direct consequence death or total or
partial permanent disability of the Insured or that turns necessary medical treatment.

2.0 Objective of this Insurance
The objective of this insurance is to indemnify or to make reimbursements to the Insured
or to his/her Beneficiaries, within the scope of the agreed limits and pursuant the pur-
chased contractual coverages and capitals, in case of the occurrence of a covered event.

3.0 Beneficiaries
3.1. Death Coverages: These will be freely determined by the Insured and are
mentioned under this Ticket, being that they may be replaces at any given time
by means of formal request, duly filled and signed. A person who is legally
prevented from receiving donations made by the Insured cannot be instituted
as Beneficiary. Where the beneficiary indication is missing, or where, by any
reason, the made indication cannot prevail, the Insured Capital will be paid
half to the not judicially separated spouse and the remainder to the heirs of
