 Updated reference source to ASTM B42‐10 (was ASTM B42‐66). 
 Fixed the following errors in Inside Diameter and Thickness: 
 ¼” STD ID was 0.374” (9.4996 mm) corrected to 0.376” (9.550 mm), Thickness was 0.083” (2.1082 mm) 
corrected to 0.082” (2.083 mm)

 Updated reference source to ASTM D1785‐12 
 Added pipe sizes to Sched 40: 1/8”, ¼”, 3/8”, 3½”, 18”, 20”, and 24” 
 Added pipe sizes to Sched 80: 1/8”, 3½”, 18”, 20”, and 24” 
 Added pipe sizes to Sched 120: ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½”, 2”, 2½”, 3”, 3½”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”
