FAQs and Reference Document -- State Bank NO Queue Mobile App

PURPOSE:

The State Bank “NO Queue” app empowers you to efficiently book a virtual token at
your own convenience from any place without being physically present in the branch.
With NO Queue app, you can book a virtual queue ticket for your nearest branch and
get real time status notification of your position in the queue. Thus you can virtually
book your queue ticket to avoid long queues and spend your valuable time before we
let you know when to arrive at the branch.

Who can book a virtual ticket?


Any individual (SBI or Non SBI customer) who wants to visit SBI branch to avail a
service and has a State Bank NO Queue mobile app installed on their Android phone
can book a virtual ticket.

Q.1. How do I download the ‘SBI NO Queue’ mobile app?
A1. You can download the ‘SBI NO Queue’ application from Google Play store for
your Android Phones or iTunes App Store for iPhones.

Q.2. How do I sign up for SBI NO Queue app?


A.2. You can simply register with basic information i.e. Name and Mobile Number
and start using the app. This is just one-time registration to use the app.

Q.3. How many services can I select in one ticket?


A.3. You can select minimum one and maximum five services in one ticket.

Q.4. How do I view the details of the branch?


A.4. Once you have selected the services,press “Next” to view the list of branches
close to your vicinity (around 15 kms range). Please note that only those branches
where queue machine is available shall appear on the list. Press “Tap for details”,
and you can view details such as expected waiting time and number of customers
waiting ahead in the queue for the selected branch. You need to turn on location
services on your mobile to enable nearest location search.
