In File Menu select open and choose Import and Export option.

In Import and Export Wizard select Import from another program file and click Next

In import a file window select Comma Separated Value (Dos).

In Import a File window Click browse to browse for the Email address book file you have saved in
your system.

In options select the radio button do not import duplicate items.

In Import a File menu select Contacts in personal folders tree

Select Finish , Address book gets updated.
