How to apply the

QUADRIDERM* RF Cream

1. Take a small quantity of QUADRIDERM*

RF Cream

2. Apply the cream completely covering

the infected area

3. Apply the cream 2-3 times a day or as

indicated by your doctor

4. Do not wrap, bandage or cover the treated

area unless advised by your doctor

Quadriderm RF is to be used as directed

by the Physician
