Ø Role & Responsibility
• Worked extensively on execution of a foreign decree in India focusing on the constructive trust,
liabilities of the fiduciary in the transaction (Gift). I received a good feedback.
• Worked majorly on Companies Act’2013, FEMA,1999, IBC, 2016, research on automobile
dealership termination and whether there exists any anti-competitive agreement, case of death
of a director, other corporate laws, securities law and Labor and Employment Law, Delhi
Master Plan, 2021.

Ø Role & Responsibility
 • Majorly researched, drafted legal opinions for the client for setting up of an Irrevocable
Discretionary trust by and exempt Core Investment Company with NRI as beneficiaries.
