INGREDIENTS

 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
 ½ cup sliced pork liempo
 ½ cup sliced sitaw
 ½ cup sliced ampalaya, rinsed well
 1 tbsp bagoong alamang
 1 ½ cups water
 1 pc medium onion, sliced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 ½ cup sliced okra
 1 cup cubed kalabasa
 1 cup sliced eggplant
 2 pcs tomato, sliced
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Procedure.
Step 1. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, pork and bagoong in oil. Pour water
and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Add ampalaya
and eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving
plate and serve.
Chicken Curry

 1 pc bay leaf
 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
 ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
 ¼ cup coconut cream
 1 pc potato, cubed
 1 pc small green bell pepper, diced
 1 pc onion, chopped
 ½ kg boneless chicken thigh, cut into pieces
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 cup water
 1 pc carrot, cubed
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 ½ tbsp curry powder
 1 pc small red bell pepper, diced
Procedures:
Step 1. Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
Step 2. Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil.
Step 3. Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Pour water
and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and
stir in coconut cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
