Declaration Form duly filled and Signed by the Applicant.

2 .Latest Photographs of Applicant & Co Applicant with signature.

3. Current Residence Proof in Tamil Nadu and abroad and Aadhar

Card

4. Valid Visa Copy, Passport copy and Abroad Resident Proof

mentioned documents have to be self attested and Notarized by
the local notary public all the same original copies send to
India.

5. Power of Attorney take a print out in A4 sheet fill the

appropriate column and sign in all the pages in the bottom right
side and affix passport size photograph in the last page of power
of attorney same copy get it notarized by local notary public
in abroad and send a original copies to India.

6. Latest 6 Months Pay Slip.

7.Employment Continuity Proof along with Certificate from

employer stating annual Salary, Appointment letter and Contract
copy or Experience Letter or Increment Letter & Deputation
Letter and Relieving order from Previous Company, if any.

8. Latest 6 Months Bank statement with Salary credits

(International & NRE or NRO Account in India.)

9.Processing fee Rs. 11918/- in Favor of HDFC LTD from NRE or NRO
A/c and Thirteen Cheque leaf required for loan repayment from
NRE or NRO

10. Resume (Personal & Past Employment Details)

14.AT THE TIME OF LOAN FIRST DISBURSMENT get a Stamp Paper for
0.5 % of the loan amount or maximum of Rs.25,000/- (whichever is
lower) for the purpose of Registered Mortgage, Registration Fee
Rs.5100/- payable to “The Sub Registrar” (*****************) and
registration expensive Rs.2500/- and Legal Fees Rs.2100/- way of
DD in Favour of M/S AAV PARTNERS
