Position

An Associate Vice President (third level) of Business Operation & Strategy will be working with different
departments internally to identify and fix inefficiencies, and drive new business initiatives.

Job Description:

● Developing the operational strategy, defining key initiatives and leading the program management.
Role focuses on identifying and implementing solutions to address internal inefficiencies within
organisation
● Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
● Work in a cross-functional environment, working across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing
teams.
● Setting up KPIs for various business streams, building cadence to monitor progress.
● Build, lead and drive a team of your own to achieve the above objectives

Requirement

● Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / ISB / XLRI / IIT)

● Must have completed Bachelor’s in or prior to 2008
● 7+ years of work experience managing projects spanning across departments
● Previous experience in managing a team
● Driven and motivated
● Excellent communication capability
● Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
● Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
