HEALTH DIALOUGE

One Day in Hospital. There was two patients and their family waiting a control to
doctor. They get a number for to control. And then the nurse call according to
number.

Nurse : “ Patient number 1. Please enter the room.”

(the patient was entered the room)
Patient : “Excuse me..”
Nurse : “ Good morning. Sit down please, who is sick?
Family 1 : “ Good morning too. My daughter is sick”
Nurse : “Oh. Oke. what is your name? and how old are you?”
Patient 1 : “My name is Elisa. I’m 22 y.o”
Nurse : “How are you feeling today?”
Patient 1 : “I’m feeling sick. I’m felt abdominal pain”
Family 1 : “I’m so sad nurse. She is can’t out from her bedroom. Because she not strong
to walk.”
Nurse : “Oke. The first, I want to check your vital sign.”
(Check vital sign)
Nurse : “Your vital sign is low. 80/90 mmHg. And then please go a head to doctor.”
Doctor : “Good morning. Do you feel abdominal pain. How long have you feel abdominal
pain?”
Patient 1 : “ 3 days doc.”
Doctor : “And then, is there anything your feel again?”
Patient 1 : “I felt pain in the abdominal pain. I’m menstruation now. But my menstrual
cycle is irregular. The duration was 10-12 days. And there is always a lot of blood
coming out.”
Doctor : “Oh yeah?, oke. Please. I want to check more your condition.”

Doctor : “Do you a father from this daughter?”
Family : “Yess doc.”
Doctor : “In the past health story what her daughter have ever felt?”
Family 1 : “When she was a child. She did not have any serious illness, nor does have
any chronic illnesses currently. however,she have a severe case of chickenpox when
she was about 2 years old. And she has not been in any major accidents or had any
life-threathing injuries during her life.”
Doctor : “Do you have an allergic?”
Patient 1 : “No. I do not. But I drink 400-600 mg dose of ibuprofen for aches and pains,
a daily vitamin, and melatonin for insomnia, and antacids.”
Doctor : “Do you always felt abdominal pain during menstruation?” How long?
Patient : “Yes doctor. Always. I felt abdominal pain when my first day menstruation until
5 days.
Doctor : “Do u ever control to the doctor?
Patient 1 : “ No. this just now.”
Doctor : “Oke, this is I will do USG for look your abdominal and for more complete.
Aren’t you?”
Patient and Family : “yes doctor.”
(Doctor doing USG)
Doctor : “When I see from your complaint, and see your USG, I can diagnose u with
ovarium cycsts”
Patient : “omg. And what will do?”
Doctor : “This is. I give u some medicine, and then u must to therapy right. Maybe you
can surgery to take a cysts And get well soon”
Patient : “Oke doctor. Thank you.”

Next, patient number 2 enter the room..

Nurse : “ Good morning. Sit down please, who is sick?
Family 1 : “ Good morning too. My brother is sick”
Nurse : “Oh. Oke. what is your name? and how old are you?”
Patient 1 : “My name is Hendre. I’m 22 y.o”
Nurse : “How are you feeling today?”
