His greatest improvement was observed in his evel in front of his students. He began to relax and focus on his pedagogical skis. He started to become aware of “how” he was teaching rather than "what" he was teaching. His knowiedge ofthe subject matter became evident as a result of Andrew's improved lesson preparation. I believe that Andrew has established a good foundation in his teaching practice and | [am certain that he wil continue to improve and develop into a confident and competent educator. He has been exposed to the elementary and senior high school environments and I believe that Andrew would benefit from a junior high teaching experience.
