1. Based on the teachings of Marcus Aurelius, what I really need right now is to never complain. In
my 24 years of existence, I experienced sadness, disappointments, that I know many of us can
feel. I ’am always complaining of what life has me offered. I ’am not contented of my
achievements that it keeps me work hard even more. I always wanted to be in some others shoe
where success is beyond unreachable. I always rush into things because I want my family to see
and be proud of what I achieved which results of my stress and anxiety. But I realized if its really
meant for you, it will always be. I ’am in this realization where I should be happy and be contented.
I ‘am trying to release all my doubts and just keep moving forward. I should always look on the
brighter side and erase all my negative thoughts. I also must appreciate all the little things comes
to my life as the movie Forrest Gump says “Life was like a box of chocolate; you never know what
you’re gonna get”.

2. Based on the leadership theory, I considered myself on Behavioral theory. I believe that as a good
leader, you need to gain knowledge and skills for you to be able to serve better. Being an underdog
or a starter in the government, I believe that I have more things to learn with the help of my
superiors. With them, I know I can develop my technical and interpersonal skills and adopt their
ethics towards an excellent public servant. My willingness to learn will lead me to become an
influencer leader someday for I know that a true leader doesn’t create followers thus they create
more leaders.
