Brittany Wells

Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer

Brittany Wells, 37, has officially joined EA Sports, Inc. as the new chief diversity and inclusion
officer. Wells will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and will be responsible for
leading the development and implementation of all diversity and inclusion initiatives. She will
strive to create a comfortable workspace for all employees and attract a wide range of customers.
Prior to joining the company, Wells worked for three of EA’s competitors. She was manager of
diversity and inclusion at Activision in Santa Monica, California; bilingual product marketing
specialist at Nintendo in Austin, Texas; and assistant director of human resources at Disney
Interactive in Burbank, California.
Wells received her undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Management Sciences, from UCLA-
Berkeley. She then continued her education, earning an MBA in Human Resource Management
from Harvard University. She currently serves as a member of the President’s Diversity and
Inclusion Commission and the current chair of the National Congress of Black Women, Inc.
Wells is married with two children.
