lesson objectives?

Good.

Everyone knows that regular exercise is

good for the body. Exercise is one of the
most effective ways to develop and
improve a person to be physically fit. It is
important that one is both physically and
mentally fit. There is famous quote that
say’s “Exercise is good for your mind and
soul” why? Because when we are
exercising we keep our mind fresh and
relax. Your health demand fitness and
proper lifestyle, but unfortunately,
nowadays, there are children who
engage and live sedentary lifestyle at the
early age, they become obese,
demonstrate early signs of heart disease.
For these reasons each and every one
should be aware that leaving in a legacy
of an unfit life-style will burden us
throughout life. That’s why I encourage
you to switch into a more active lifestyle
by means of active recreation.

Exercising is one of recreational activities.

Exercise is defined as any movement that
makes your muscles work and requires
your body to burn calories. This morning
