My favorite city

My favorite city is Nobsa (boyaca) Nobsa is a Colombian municipality in the

department of Boyacá. On the economic plane, it stands out as an important
artisanal center of Boyacá, outstanding mainly for its work in wool. It also highlights
the industrial activity, by the cement and mining sector that operates in this
municipality.

The lamb's backbone stew, with peas, carrots, beans and potatoes, and the stuffed
sausage and ripe plantain bites are the most typical meals.

Nobsa is a Boyacan tourist town that is characterized by its artisan, cultural and vineyard
traditions.

Compared with Medellin, nobsa is quieter to live because it is less noisy and there
is not as much pollution as there.
