INTRODUCTION
PT ARISAMANDIRI PRATAMA (ARISA) is one of the most complete general manufacturer companies in South East Asia, with a
prolific products portofolio marketed to America, Asia, and Europe. For the first 20 years, the ARISA group primarily concentrated
on cosmetic packaging products; a state of the art products segment requiring a very high standard only a few selected Asian
manufacturers could meet.

Premium products demand innovative design and development, excellent product quality and services, and competitive pricing;
which have since become elemental to our corporate culture in facing every other project.

Diversification into Electronic and Houseware divisions during 1990's has proven ARISA as a growing, resourceful company despite
the devastating Asian crisis periode.

1980 PT Tiger Sakti Industries is established to produce plastic packaging
1983 First factory at Kapuk, West Jakarta, is built establishing its niche in the cosmetic industry
1990 Second factory is established as a manufacturer of premium quality molded plastic products
1991 The third factory begins operation as the producer of beverage containers
1992 A Landmark Year, PT Arisamandiri Pratama is established, located in Semarang – Central Java
1995 - PT Arisamandiri Pratama installed Vacuum Metallizing and UV Coating facilities
- Classified as an Export Processing Zone, giving it a unique competitive edge
1996 - Introduced Pro-E, 3-D software into Products Design and Engineering Department
- PT Tigermandiri Pratama is established, as the division of cosmetic packaging for international brands
1997 - Advance upgrade in QA Laboratory
- Attaining ISO-9000 certification
1999 - Arisa begins the production line of Flashlight
- Expansion to the European market in co-operation with Cosmetech Mably International
2001 Starting production of VCD unit
2002 In conjunction with TCL Thompson Electronic (TTE) starting the assembly of CTV
2003 PT Arisamandiri Pratama achieved the accreditation of ISO 9001:2000 for the Total Quality Management

vision into marketable design concept, Engineers produce the details from which molds are then fabricated for
production.
With the understanding on offering 'the right product at the right time to the rightmarket' and anticipating industry
trends, our Products Development team work towards reducing cost, time, and components, whilst improving function,
specification, and complying with regulatory standards.

The enclosed 15 hectare plant is located in the outskirts

of Semarang (Demak), Central Java. With hundreds of production
machines, extensive secondary facilities, product design departement, in-house
moldmaking centre, and more than 2000 strong workforce, we strive to satisfy any cutomer
needs with outstanding performance and value.

Equipped with advanced technologies, premium quality materials, professional working environment, and artistic and
highly skilled personnel, our Decoration and Coating Department offers customized and refined finishing touches that add
appeal both aesthetically and functionally.

We use colors and textures to make products come to life. From mass produced hand-painted ornaments, full colors
houseware products, velvet-feel cosmetic casing, to large electrical appliances that require industrial booth installation.

Our production line is run by an experienced management team with more than 2000 dedicated people in our work
force. Trained as result-oriented individuals, every manager, team leader, supervisor, technician, staff, and operator,
work together in achieving the highest levels of
productivity and quality standards that are set for
each task.

By mean of integrated Just-In-Time management

and concurrent quality control at every stage of
manufacturing, our assembly division is organized
to be prompt and flexible, adapting to the dynamic
requirements of project lines.

In practice, building a precise products entails us to

be resourceful in the process while reducing waste
and being quick to adapt and to cater a rapidly
