Introduction

Teacher development is as important as the student’s interest for learning new

things. Nowadays we live in a changing society that needs a lot of effort from
parents, students and teachers, for the last, the educational process is a challenge
because all our efforts and development depends on our own skills and training.

Technology is an excellent resource for the learning process, but teachers

need to continue studying always to be as update as the new generations.

A lot of studies give information and data of teachers and students

development at the school, specifically at the classroom, but we have to remember
always that those researches could be the basis for improve in our profession but not
