LETTER OF INTENT

Dear Sir/Mdam:

We are PRECIOUS NATHAN MERCHANDISE owned and managed by yours truly,

Jeffrey T. Atrero. We are writing to express our intent to lease a portion of Coron Domestic
Airport which we plan to utilize in establishing a store/branch.
Precious Nathan Merchandise started in 2018 that initially specialized in the
wholesale and retail of various construction materials and aircon spare parts. By the 3rd
quarter of year 2018, the business expanded its scope of products by engaging into a wider
variety of construction materials such as steel bars and roofing needs, aircon and its
installation, automotive spare parts such as tires, lubricants, batteries, and electrical and
electronic spare parts for elevators. In latter part of 2018, the business has been awarded
with its PHILGEPS Certificate. This gives the business an opportunity to bid for government
projects. Presently, the business has been awarded with government projects from CAAP
ARFF Airport, PAF, TOW West, and Landbank. The planned expansion of our store to Coron,
Palawan will enable us to deliver better and faster services to our clienteles in the area.

In anticipation of this approval, we agree to comply with the provisions governing

the lease agreement.
