A] WARRANTY 5 Year For Fabrication 2 year pump controller and 25 year for solar panel (warranty only functional)

B] TAXES Tax 5 % Will Be Additional

C] DELIVERY Within 10 to 15 Days from the date of receipt of your techno- commercially clear purchase order with
advances

D] PAYMENT 100% Advance along with PO. Payment may please be made by electronic funds transfer/ cheque
payable at pune

E] VALIDITY Our Offer is valid for a period of 10 Days from the date of offer and will be subject to our written
confirmation thereafter
F] LOCAL Local expenses of MATHADI/ HAMALI for unloading the truck in your premises while delivering the
EXPENSES material to your stores will be to your
account.
G] INSTALLATION To be done by Seller
H] PRICE BASIS The Special prices quoted are Project Specific Quantity based prices.
These prices may not be valid, if there is down ward revision in quantities.

I] MODIFICATIONS Price and specifications are subject to change without notice those prevailing at time of delivery are

Fabrication material Local MS/SS/GI as per site requirment
M]AREA Panel installation direction is in South facing Direction so Coustomer should provide shadow free Area
which is required for system installation
If area is not available then extra charge will be applicable as per the extra fabrication as per site

N]Work Additinal work charges will be extra as per work/site
