The undersigned is the In-charge of the Computer Laboratory of Libertad Integrated Senior High School

in which you have installed an INTERNET CONNECTION under the account number 0250945329 with

telephone line number 0858173610. We have been a subscriber for almost 2 years now and we experienced

a problem in our connection especially now that there is an ongoing construction of school building in our

school campus that probably causes the loss of our signal and this is the reason why we cannot access to

the internet. In this connection, we would like to request your good office to send technician and request

for transfer the line to another route. Since last week of November we were not able to use our internet

because of this problem “LOSS SIGNAL”. Internet connection is essential in our subjects in Senior High
School.

We hope that your office will grant our request of transfer of our line connection as soon as possible.
