Thank you for being a valued part of the Office Incorporated family for the past 13 years. Here at Office
Incorporated, we are thrilled to announce that we have recently upgraded our systems to reflect the
current industry standards.

It is due to these system updates that there was, unfortunately, a technical issue that resulted in a
disruption in payment for June and July 2019. We are working diligently to correct these technical issues
and expect to be fully operational once again by July 31, 2019.

If there has been any interest and/or other penalties incurred, please include it on our next invoice. We
will ensure full payment on August 1, 2019 to bring our account back in good standing.
