in this scenario I would choose performance parameter over the power.

Because performance
is that speed of a processor is more important than power, because CPU is driving force and
brain of computer. It will have great impact. A computer's processor speed strongly affects its
overall performance. A faster processor lets the computer perform multiple tasks competently
at the same time.
While, the higher the number, the more your electricity bill is ticking up and the more heat is
being generated. Processors that perform tasks at a greater speed inherently require more
power, but more and more are optimizing their energy performance.

An examples: Two machines Machine A: 1.3 GHz Pentium 4 with 4 gigs of ram Machine B: 2.2
GHz Core 2 Duo with 2 gigs of ram Machine A may have lots of RAM, but it's going to run a lot
slower because of the 1 core 1.3 GHz CPU. Machine B will run significantly faster as it's a dual
core CPU with a higher clock speed, and it will better utilize the 2 gigs of ram. Even if both
machines had 2 gigs of ram, Machine B would still run significantly faster and more efficient.
