How will this affect the nursing field?

Nursing education plans and policies must be developed that bridge the gap between
academic teachings and the clinical area.
Clinical instructors must also acknowledge that they can be sources of stress for
their students, on top of those present in the clinical area. They should help
students face problems head on and teach possible coping strategies to deal with
stress.
