Sub. :- Prayer for sampling of perishable seized article vide

P.O.R. No. : 3 / WRK of 2019 - 20, Dated . 06.04.2019

Hon’ble Sir,

In the above subject matter I would like to draw your kind attention that 2 Teak logs and other
articles have been seized in connection with vide P.O.R. No. : 3 / WRK of 2019 - 20, Dated 06.04.2019 .
The seized timber log is perishable in nature and keeping the log is difficult as alamat for long.
Therefore, I would request you kindly allow me for sampling of the said log with the following
measurement which will be exhibited as alamat along with other seized articles during prosecution in your
Ld. Court having following details:
Details of sampling :- i) Teak timber piece- 1 (One) No.
Thickness- 0.20 m.
Girth- 0.72 m.

Further, your Ld. Court will be graciously pleased for allowing disposal the of seized items i.e. Saw
Dust , branches and leaves mentioned in the seizure list and obliged .
