 Compatibility
- It should be recorded and played back for the most of the contemporary recorders
and ROM drivers.
- All the tests should be done to sure compatibility for all the speeds up to 16X for CD-R
And 10X for CD-RW respectively. The tests must include full recording and multisession.
At least, more than 5 recorders X 5 ROM drivers X 5 speeds shall be suggested.

 Reliability
- Life time warranty should be given to protect a data on a CD-R from a harsh
environment of light, humidity, and thermal shock.
