Recalling its Resolution S/PRST/2010/16 of 25 August 2010 and S/PRST/2012/24 OF 19 November2012 “The
resolutions concerning and respected the situation in Somalia”

Reaffirming, its respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity,political independece.accordance with international
law, with respect to offshore natural resources, incldies fisheries.

Realizing the need for all Sovereign Nations to maintain their integrity and still play an active role in the
international system,

Recommends,

A. sanctions in accordance with applicable international law’ with no less or more.

B. With United nations and all of aparature to always keep eye on somalia case and paying
attentation with piracy and all of activities in the ocean.

Stresses,the need for a compherensive respons to prevent and suppress piracy and tackle its
underlying causes by international community.

Supports , All of states/continents to secure their territorial maritime. With their own law.

Supporting,the development of coastguard at the federal level and coastguard police at the
federal member state level.

Recognizing, the work of the IMO and the CGPCS in this regard.
