 1.申請住宿之期限為一學年，一學年內不得搬離宿舍，除重
大傷殘疾病者及休、退、轉學外（需符合退宿辦法之規
定）請慎重決定。
2.申請住宿同學必須遵守住宿保證書之規定及參與相關活
動(如住宿生座談會、防火防災演練、大掃除…等)，且須
配合寒暑假宿舍維修及住宿，宿舍關閉或搬遷之相關規
定，並服從舍監和宿舍幹部指導，違犯規定依住宿相關
備註 規定處分(請詳閱下頁住宿保證書)。
3.如有偽冒情事，除全額賠償外，另按校規辦理。
Notice
1. The dormitory can only apply one year a time. Unless to
suspend Schooling, to drop out or to transfer to another
school. (Transact according to the check-out regulations)
2. Applicant should follow the guidance of dorm manager,
cadre members and the student dorm contract.
3. Applicant takes all responsibility if faking this application
form.
