Following are my agendas for the post of Convener:

1. Regulation in the functionality of the society.

• Hold & organise meetings at least twice a week.

• Make sure that the entire society virtually follows up and be active on the WhatsApp groups.

• Conduction of overall discipline by maintaining seriousness in the society when and where
necessary.

2. Create effective and efficient work environment/ bonding while working.

• Improvise buddy system ie. apply it to every photowalk that happens. Appoint different buddy
to every member, month-wise.

• Conduct group activities like group assignments. (visiting a family and making a photo story out
of it collectively, make a photo story together on any abstract topic or on each other)

• Plan outdoor bonding sessions and implement them.

3. Provide adequate exposure to every department of the society while maintaining quality.
• Hold workshops by professionals.

• Go for various film festivals and art festivals or exhibitions or whatever opportunities that comes
our way together.

• Share informative content in the Whatsapp groups.

4. Public Relations
• Increase the production on the social networking sites and make the society and its work/events
evident of its existence.

• Divide and regulate the duties of the social networking sites among the members of the society
month-wise and order-wise.

• Promote our annual exhibition at Reverie and improve its quality by inviting critics and
professional photographers as our judges and mentors.

5. Optimum use of resources.

• Take full advantage of being a part of Delhi University ie. collaborating on good projects and
work with as many societies as possible in or out of college.

• Communicate with college union and arrange for more iris boards and display of our
photographs in and around the college campus.
