1. Disclaimer

Refer to the RPN help file, License Agreement for all Disclaimers, Warrantees and
the EULA.

2. Shareware
------------
This is not free software. You may access all functions of this software for thirty
days. You are hereby licensed to use this version of the software for an
evaluation period of 30 days maximum. If you use this software after the 30-day
evaluation period a registration fee is required.

After 30 days the Shareware becomes "Crippleware" with several functions being
disable, and Registration reminders start popping up! After 60 day things get
worse! And after 90 days the program becomes almost worthless!

From within the Help file. go to Ordering Information, inside Support and
Licensing, choose a payment option, and you will be given a registration number
which unlocks the disabled functions and disables the registration reminders (if
you waited past the thirty days). You will also be sent (via e-mail) the latest
version of the software if applicable.

To apply the registration number, Click File, Enter Registration Code and enter the
code in the space provided.

3. Upgrade
----------
If this is an upgrade from a previous version (7.x or earlier) you must completely
uninstall the previous version. To uninstall it: Double click My Computer, Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to RPN Engineering Calculator, click the
Add/Remove button, and click yes to the "Are you sure...." Application Removal
dialog.

4. Programming Manual
---------------------
The programming manual is in the ...\Programs Folder. To access this folder, start
REC, press F11 (or Click the [F11] button) then Click on the 'Pex' button (or press
"U" on your keyboard). This opens an instance of Windows Explorer in the correct
folder. "The REC Programming Manual" is an Acrobat PDF file. To download a copy of
