knowledge and people who take responsability. Furthermore, people could use more their
creativenees as take more risk while they are working with people. This is because responsability is
not taken by a single member and members feel more confident taking responsabilities as a whole
group. However, the speaker mentions that this is not true. In fact, groups take long time to make a
decision as they have to agree on one idea. Then, this time will make the project longer and the
efectivennes is going to decrease.

Secondly, the reading states that people who give ideas and these are taken into acount may feel
important and rewarding. The main reason is because their ideas is aproved and recongnized as
important by other members. Then, they feel that working on a idea, that they were thinking, may
have a great impact on a project if they work on a team. On the other hand, the speaker mention that
members of a gruop may feel unconfortable. This could happen if there are members who work
hard and others who don't. So the work hard people will feel uncomfortable if people who don't
work properly recieve credit for work they don't do.

decision is properly made. Nevertheless, the lecturer mention that this is not true. It is possible that
there may be influencers on a team that could persuade others members to take bad decisions. Also
people could be persuaded by others to decline on their own good ideas.
