 Cilia and Mucus
 Goblet Cells produce the mucus
 Cilia move to push mucus produced into the throat to be
swallowed.

Role of White Blood Cells:


 Engulf/Digest
 Produce Antibodies
 Target particular bacteria or viruses and destroy them
 Once they have been made once, can be quickly produced
again
 This is called Specific Immune Response
 This stops you getting some diseases twice
 Antitoxins
 Counteract harm from pathogens.
