GMT 2020 FAQs

1) What is the GMT program? How is the GMT program different from other programs at AB InBev?

The 10-month Global Management Trainee Program is a hands-on rotational program designed for
the brightest, most driven university graduates. All trainees are immersed in various verticals like
Sales, Marketing, and Supply within the company. The trainees learn about the business from the
ground-up through a series of assignments and business critical projects. Continued exposure to the
senior leadership helps tie the strategy for the company back to ground reality. This program sets an
individual for fast-track growth within the company. We believe in training our GMTs to become the
leaders of tomorrow.

2) What is the eligibility criteria for the GMT program?

Open to only second year students who have less than equal to 24 months of work experience.

3) What role/function do candidates get after they’ve completed the 10-month training period?

Candidates go through a rigorous 10-month program where they work across verticals. After they
have successfully completed their training, they are absorbed into a function based on the
organization's needs, their interest and their performance.

4) What is the CTC during the GMT training period?

The CTC during the GMT training period is same as the other full-time campus hire programs.

5) Am I still eligible to apply if I had interned with AB InBev?

No. Summer Interns do not need to apply for the GMT process since we already have their data in our
system. We would notify the eligible candidates once the application window is closed.
