DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN

HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P18,750.00) I, BRYAN A. ESTRADA, of legal age, Filipino and with
residence address at Brgy. _____________ Taysan, Batangas do hereby absolutely assign, transfer, and
convey to and in favor of __________________, of legal age, Filipino and residing at
_____________________, his/her heirs, assigns, and successors and interests, SEVEN HUNDRED
FIFTY (750) shares of stocks of SKILLS FOR GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRAINING AND
ASSESSMENT CENTER. INC., doing business under the name/s and style/s of SAN JUAN
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, valued at ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00), with a par value of
Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (75,000.00) registered under my name, free from any liens and
encumbrances.

All taxes, fees, and charges arising from this transaction shall be exclusively borne by the assignor,
except for documentary stamps tax which shall be borne by the assignee.

I hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint the Corporate Secretary to record the said assignment
and conditions on the books of said Corporation with full power of substitution under the premises.
