ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Rural

Roads & Buildings, Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful
examination of the matter, Government hereby accord administrative
sanction, for an amount of Rs.10.00 Crores (Rupees Ten Crores only) for the
work of “Upgradation of 7th and 8th Floor of “L” Block” and furniture for the
accommodation of Hon’ble Chief Minister and Chief Secretary, Andhra
Pradesh Secretariat, Hyderabad”.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:

“4059 - Capital outlay on Public Works 01- Office Buildings MH-051-

Construction Maintenances and repairs GH 11- Normal State Plan SH
(13) - Construction of Buildings for Secretariat 530- Major Works 531-
Other Expenditure”.

3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Rural Roads & Buildings, Hyderabad shall

take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide
their U.O.No.22/3/Fin (EBS-XI/A1/14, Dt.26.06.2014.
