Boud of DEACON, Mr. Ronaldo f)e Guzrnan, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR'

CHRISTIAN ED{JCATION DEVELOPMENTI' SCHOOL OF CALAMBA, a non-stock


and non-profit educational institution duly organized and existing undsr mrd by l"irrue of the laws
of the Republic of the Philippines .with t:usiness address at Baraugay Saa Jose, Calarnba City,
Laguna, represented by irs President/Senior Pastor, Rsv. Gilberto Aguilar, hereinafter referred to
as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH:

\VIIEREAS, the LESSOR is the ownsr of a certain parcel of land located at Barargay
San Jose, Calarnba City, Laguna;

\YHEREAS, the LESSEE offered to lease said premisss and the LESSOR accepts the
said offer, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned hereunder.

NOW TI{EREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises anrl the mutual
covenelts and stipulatious mentioned hereunder, the parties herein hereby agreecl to the follorving
terms and conditions, to wit:

7. FORFEffURE OF CONTRACT - The LESSEE shall automatically forfeit her
cortract over the leased prernises in case of failure to seftled unpaid account
u,ithin five (5) days upon notice thereof.

L 8FFECT oF FORFEITURE oF C0NTRACTS - upon forfeihrre of conrracrs in


favor of the LESSOR, this lease contract shall automaticaiiy be terminated and
cancelled and the leased premises shall be vacated peacefully by the LESSEE for
the LESSORS;

9. ELECTRICITY - The LESSEE shall pay his rnonth\ dues for her electric and
