Case Study Analysis Reflection

In this particular assignment, students were expected to evaluate a case study regarding a

freshman female student that suffered from test anxiety due to academic pressures placed upon

her. The objective of this assignment was to find a solution to the students’ anxiety and how she

can gain self-efficacy. When completing this assignment, it broadened my knowledge regarding

anxiety and the many options there are to treating this specific psychological condition. Lastly, it

also strengthened my research skills and helped me become more familiar with the research

databases provided by PCC.
