My name is Brooke Schwartz and I have become interested in your hospital. I have taken Honors World
Geography and Honors Biology in my 9th grade year. I am now taking Honors Chemistry I and Honors
World History in my 10th grade year. I want to be a part of the Medical Field in your hospital as a
Dermatology PA.

I’m interested in attending this hospital because it has a great rating and it has helped many people in
the past. I want to work somewhere I feel successful at and not feel like I don’t understand things. I
know this job is a very hard to work with, but I will put the effort and work into it.

I have a few questions I wanted to ask you. To start off with, what type of experience will I need to be a
part of this hospital? What is your pay? What type of degrees do I need?
