Dependability - Showing up on time
and performing assigned tasks without being motivated or reminded by others. Discipline - Staying off my cell phone when I am expected to buckle down and focus. I would never steal items. I would never leave early without permission. Taking Initiative - Offering solutions to problems in a constructive manner. Looking around to see what needs to be done and doing it instead of waiting until I am told before acting.
Showing Responsibility - Taking
ownership over mistakes you’ve made without others having to pressure you to tell the truth. Attitude - Maintaining a positive outlook and a pleasant (nice to be around) mind set. Being flexible and no getting upset when taking on unexpected new roles or tasks. Being a team player and getting along with others well. Being nice to people and not getting involved in drama that could cause people to be upset with one another. Communication - Being able to relay my ideas effectively and being an exceptional listener when others are sharing their ideas.
Integrity – Being honest and trying to
do the right thing even when a questionable choice must be made.
