INGREDIENTS:

4 cdts sugar
1 or 2 tbsp of melted butter or olive oilVanilla or sugar extract vanilla to taste (optional)Fruits

PREPARATION:
1.First, In any large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Then, Separate the yolk from the white one, and put them in different containers.
3. Mix the yolk, sugar and milk, and add a little of melted butter
4. AFTER, Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, and beat it well until the lumps disappear as
much as possible. If the mixture is too doughy, you can add a little milk, but take care not to
make a very liquid mixture, but keep it thick.
6. Now, add the clear batter to the mix you prepared earlier. But attention, do not mix or
coveralls abruptly. The way to mix the white in this step is, grabbing the spoon that you are using
to mix (preferably a wooden shovel) and move from the outside in, as if you were covering the
white with the mixture ... and so on until go mixing everything together.
7. FINALLY Heat the pan over low-medium heat, and pour the portion you want for your
pancake. When the bubbles begin to appear, flip the pancake.
